We're Building Bridges
We've started work on the next exciting stage of restoring the park - building two new pedestrian bridges and paths to link Central Park & Acacia Hall, with a new park entrance at Darenth Road. Work is anticipated to complete in the Spring of 2010.
We have workmen on site creating the new paths and preparing to install the new bridges. They have laid temporary access tracks so that they can bring equipment to the bridge sites.
Access to the riverside path will be restricted during the works.
