The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.
Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities.

The Bureau opening times are:
Monday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
Tuesday: 9:30am to 5:00pm
- One stop shop and pre-booked appointments from 9:30am to 12:00 noon.
- Advice sessions from 12:00 noon to 5:00pm - from February 24, 2009 to March 31, 2010.
- Telephone advice from 12:00 noon to 5:00pm - from February 24, 2009 to March 31, 2010.
Wednesday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
- Telephone advice 10:00am to 1:00pm (if sufficient volunteers resource available)
Thursday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
- Telephone advice 10:00am to 1pm (if sufficient volunteers resource available)
