gives customers easy access to most services with a single point of contact.
Staff receive training and guidance on how to serve customers better. The best person to decide how well we are doing is the customer.

The Civic Centre is open Mon - Thu from 08.45 until 17:15 and Fri from 08:45 until 16:45.
The Cash Office within the Civic Centre is open on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 9am - 3pm and is closed on Wednesdays.
The Cash Office located at Swanscombe is open on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 9am - 1pm and is closed on Wednesdays.
