Carers Choice (formally Carers Relief Service) was established in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and the surrounding areas during 1995. They provide specialist support and respite for the main carer's of adults with learning disabilities. The organization also promotes social inclusion and raising standards for both people with learning disabilities and their carers.
