Ebbsfleet - International Station

The vision for Ebbsfleet is a vibrant, cosmopolitan development where homes and jobs are situated side by side.

Business and residential developments will enjoy the 190 acres of new parks and open space which will be created.

Developed by Land Securities, the business core of up to 4.5 million sq ft will create around 20,000 new jobs over the coming 20 years, benefiting from the new international and domestic station at the heart of the development which will provide a 17 minute journey into central London.

Ebbsfleet will be a truly sustainable community with a wide variety of community, leisure and retail facilities to be enjoyed by all.

The proposal provides for over 3,000 residential units and 2,190 acres of new parks and open spaces.

The first phase will begin at Springhead, a joint venture residential scheme with Countryside Properties of up to 600 new homes with supporting community facilities including a school, parks and place of worship.
