Ebbsfleet Valley

Ebbsfleet ValleyEbbsfleet Valley is the largest regeneration project in North Kent, encompassing 420 hectares (1,038 acres) of brownfield land on the important regeneration axis linking Bluewater to the west and the new Ebbsfleet International station to the east.

Over the next twenty years, developer Land Securities will transform the area, which includes the former chalk quarry opposite Bluewater, into a vibrant mixed-use community comprising up to 10,000 new homes and approximately 400 acres of open space, lakes and parkland and will create in the region of 20,000 jobs.

The vision for Ebbsfleet Valley is that of a cosmopolitan development in the heart of Kent Thameside, where homes and jobs are side by side.

There will be a business core of circa 5.5m sq ft of commercial space (equivalent to more than 10 Canary Wharf towers). Retail, leisure and community facilities will also be developed and Ebbsfleet Valley will be connected to the tow local towns of Dartford and Gravesend, surrounding regeneration projects and existing residential and commercial areas via Fastrack.
