Why Register as a Dartford e-Citizen ?

To access full confidential services e.g. a Housing Rent account, Benefit or Council Tax account, you need to register first.
As we continue to develop our services it is easier to request services, and to make comments, suggestions and complaints - Registered users will not need to include their contact details on many forms on this site - when you are logged in the details will be filled in for you.
E-citizens can keep track of the queries they submit under their own "folder".
You can take part in online discussions and consultations on issues that effect you - anyone can view online discussions, but to take part you do need to be registered.
It only takes a minute to register - just give us your basic contact details and choose a username and password. We will not pass on your details to any third party.
