Christmas Lights Switch On
Every year, Dartford Town Centre is transformed into a Winter Wonderland for the Christmas Lights Switch on, with fantastic entertainment, strolling performers, and celebrity guests, making sure that Christmas in Dartford is extra special.
The lights are switched on Saturday 15 November. Check back for more details.
Dartford Festival
Provided for the community by Dartford Borough Council the Dartford Festival has become the largest free event in the South East of England. Taking place in Dartford's Central Park, the weekend's attractions include a great selection of music, children's rides, funfair, trade and charity stalls and a fantastic range of family entertainment!
Summer Sizzlers
Dartford Borough Council provides a programme of summer activities for local young people. We work closely with the organisers, helpers, coaches and performers to provide a wide variety of events.
Heritage Open Days
In September, Residents took advantage of a unique opportunity to explore the heritage of some of Dartford's most famous and intriguing sites in a special series of open days.
