Annual Report
We need your views on the draft Annual report 2011/12
The annual report sets out how well the Council's housing service has performed over the year (ending March 2012). The Report looks at how the housing service has met the standards set by the Tenant Services Authority and identifies strengths in the service and areas for improvement.
The report reflects the views of tenants, leaseholders, the Dartford Borough Council Residents Forum (DBRF) and housing services staff.
