Rents are changing for 2010/11
All tenants should have received their annual rent charges letter in the post. Letters are sent out every year to advise tenants how much their rent will be from April. Some tenants may notice this year that their rent amount has gone down. This is due to the current economic climate, the way the Government works out the level of rent and the rate of inflation this year.
Any tenant who has not received their letter, showing how much their rent will be for the coming year, should contact 01322343368 for a duplicate letter.
