Supported Housing Forums
Join us at our new area based forums!
• Thursday 22 May, 11am - 2.30pm at the Ballroom, Acacia Hall •
• Tuesday 3 June, 11am - 2.30pm at Stone Community Hall •
Residents living in our supported housing schemes have the choice of two supported housing forums which replace the 14 individual meetings.
Our recent Supporting People Service ‘A’Grade award will be discussed and a presentation will be given by KCC on Supporting People and what this means for you.
Both forums will have a chair-based exercise taster session, which you can give feedback on as we are looking at running these types of classes at the schemes to encourage healthy living.
Although meetings are divided between east and west areas of Dartford you are welcome to attend either of the dates.
Transport will be provided. If you would like to attend, please complete a booking form (in your scheme’s lounge) so appropriate transport can be organised and lunch ordered for you.
