The 'QUICK CHECKS' do not require you to register as an e-citizen or have a Security PIN.

The other 'FULL SERVICES' do require registration and a using a Security PIN. Just select the option you want and you will be taken through the process.

RENT ACCOUNT CHECK & NEW SWIPECARD REQUEST (QUICK CHECK) - retrieves basic account info. and lets you ask for a new swipecard.

HOUSING REPAIR (QUICK CHECK) - retrieves basic information, including dates and current status, of repairs ordered for your property.
MUTUAL EXCHANGE LIST - view available properties, or advertise your own
CHOICE BASED LETTINGS - Dartford Homeseeker - view properties & apply online. (e-citizen registration recommended)
