The Council has 14 supported housing schemes within the Borough:
STONE
Alamein Gardens
This is an 'open plan' scheme of 30 one bedroom flats and bungalows with the communal facilities and Supported Housing Officer's office situated nearby. The flats, built in 1967, are ground and first floor, but no lift. There is a local corner shop, a doctor's surgery and a chemist in Stone. There is a private car park.

Stow Court
This court is a purpose built enclosed scheme of 32 one-bedroom flats, with a nearby annexe of 20 more, which are open plan. The properties, built in 1979, are ground and first floor and the communal facilities include a hairdressing room. The main supported scheme is also protected by a cctv door entry system and there is lift access to the first floor. There is a landscaped garden area in the centre of the scheme and shops and post office within ½ mile. Residents and visitors can use the private parking area.

Mill Court, built in 1983, is on the outskirts of Dartford Borough and is in a scenic village with the River Darenth nearby. The bus stop is nearby for the route into Dartford, Hextable and Swanley. There are doctor's surgeries and chemists in Hextable and Dartford. The scheme, built in 1981, has a cctv door entry system for the protection of the residents and a private parking area. There is an annexe to the scheme built in the grounds comprising of ground and first floor flats, but no lift.

The shops, doctor's surgery, chemist and bus stop are all nearby and The Oast House Day Centre, managed by Age Concern, is also in close proximity to the scheme.

Warren Court
Warren Court, built in 1976, is an enclosed supported scheme, originally of 29 one bedroom flats. To this building, 7 new flats were added in 1991, and also a Day Centre, which is managed by Age Concern. All of the flats in Warren Court have lift access. There are local shops, including a post office, and a bus route within a 5-minute walk of the scheme. A door entry system gives security to the building and a guest room is available for residents to book. In addition to Warren Court, there are 50 flats and bungalows built in the near vicinity, which form an annexe to the scheme. There is no lift access to the annexe flats above ground floor.
