NLIS (National Land Information Service)
Dartford BC has signed up to providing on line land searches through NLIS. This allows searches to be carried out through the Internet.

The links above to the NLIS channel websites should provide you with all the information that you need to submit an online search to Dartford. We would recommend that you use the NLIS service as it has a number of benefits over a normal search.

The statutory turnaround time is 10 days. Please phone your solicitor first regarding the status of a search.
If you wish to set up a regular BACS account, rather than pay by cheque please contact us for details. We can also take payment over the phone using most Debit and Credit cards.
Please ensure that you have the correct fee as you will not receive the search until the full balance is paid.
