The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:
Hours:
Sunday to Thursday 11am until 11pm with an additional 30 minutes
drinking up time.
Friday and Saturday 11am until 12 midnight with an additional 30
minutes drinking up time.
Additional Conditions Imposed (Prevention of Public Nuisance
& Prevention of Crime & Disorder):
1. No admission or re-admission is allowed into the premises after
11pm on any day.
2. All alcohol must be served in toughened glasses.
3. Bottles and glasses must not be removed from the licensed areas
as indicated on the plans.
4. All bottles and glasses must be removed by staff from the public
areas as soon as they are either finished or empty.
5. Drink promotions and other irresponsible drinking related promotions
must not be allowed.
6. An anti-drugs policy must be entered into with the Police.
7. A personal licence holder should be on the premises during all
times that alcohol is being served. The DPS should be on the premises
during the trading periods on Friday and Saturday evenings.
8. The outside area must not be used for the consumption of alcohol
or other activities, including the playing of recorded music, after
23-00 hours.
