THE LONG VALLEY SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB - OUTCOME OF HEARING HELD 24 AUGUST 2005
The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 12noon until 11pm with an additional 20 minutes
drinking up time.
Friday and Saturday: 12noon until 12midnight with an additional
20 minutes drinking up time.
Sundays: 12noon until 11pm with an additional 20 minutes drinking
up time.
Christmas Eve: 12noon until 00:30am with an additional 20 minutes
drinking up time.
New Years Eve: Existing Government relaxation of opening hours applies
but all music must cease at 00:30am.
No further additional hours were granted for Bank Holidays and any
extension to normal hours will require an application for a Temporary
Event Notice.
Additional Conditions Imposed:
The playing of any music in the premises is not permitted after
11-30pm.
(Except on Christmas and New Years Eve when it is not permitted
after 00:30am).
All external doors must be kept closed, other than for access and
egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech
are taking place.
Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits
requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to
leave the premises and the area quietly.
