The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:
Hours of Licensable Activities:
- Sale of Alcohol: Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 00:30 (with an additional 30 minutes drinking up time)
- Sundays 10:00 - 23:30 (with an additional 30 minutes drinking up time)
- Late Night Refreshment: Monday to Saturday 23:00 - 00:30, Sundays 23:00 - 23:30
- Regulated Entertainment: Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 00:30, Sundays 10:00 - 23:30
- Non standard timings:
An additional hour on the following days/dates: 1 st January; Valentines Night; Burns Night; St David's Day; St Patrick's Day; Good Friday; Easter Saturday, Sunday, & Monday; Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday of all Bank Holiday Weekends; Halloween; Boxing Day; 27/28/30 December and any additional Bank Holidays specified by Government at a later date.
An additional 2 hours on Christmas Eve.
Additional & Re-worded Conditions Imposed by the Sub-Committee Relating to the Licensing Objectives:
Prevention of Crime and Disorder:
1. The applicant shall ensure that adequate measures including training of all staff are taken to prevent the use and supply of illegal drugs;***
2. No open containers are allowed to leave the curtilage of the premises;
3. No irresponsible drink related promotions are to be permitted, i.e. 2 for 1 offer, all you can drink for £10 and alike;
4. At all times Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 20:00 and closing time, there must be at least 1 SIA registered Door Supervisor working on the premises.
Public Safety:
1. Only toughened glasses are to be used for all drinks at all times.
Prevention of Public Nuisance:
1. The placing of refuse into receptacles, shall only take place between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00 hours;***
2. All tables and chairs to be removed from outside the premises after 20:00 hours.
Note:
The conditions marked *** are re-worded conditions from the applicants Operating Schedule. All other conditions volunteered therein remain unchanged and will be attached to the licence accordingly.
