SPORTS PAVILION - OUTCOME OF HEARING HELD 3 AUGUST 2006
The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:
Hours of Licensable Activities:
- Sale of Alcohol: Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 23:30 (with an additional 30 minutes drinking up time)
- Late Night Refreshment: Monday to Sunday 23:00 - 23:30
- Regulated Entertainment: Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 23:30
- Other Times to be Open: Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 24:00
Additional Conditions Imposed by Sub-Committee Relating to the Licensing Objective of the Prevention of Public Nuisance:
1. The hire agreement must contain a provision that the hirer will comply with the terms of the licence.
2. The hire agreement must specify who is to be responsible for the licensable activities during the hire.
3. No amplified music shall be played at the premises after 23:00 hours.
4. There shall be no live music or discos within the premises, nor any music played outside the premises at any time.
5. Notices shall be displayed on the premises to make users aware of the licensing objectives, to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
