Business Permits for businesses in Dartford Town Centre
A proprietor may apply for one permit for one vehicle. The permit will display the registration of the vehicle it can be used for the parking bay it applies to, which typically is the business permit parking bay located closest to the business address.
Business parking permit application procedure
- Complete an application form (Or request a form from Parking Services - 01322 343131.)
Return it along with a copy of the business rates bill to:

Parking Services will issue a permit via the postal service following the validation of the documentation received.
NB: Failure to produce the necessary documentation will result in an application being declined.
Change of vehicle/details procedure
- Advise Parking Services (01322 343131) immediately of any change of details supplied to Dartford Borough Council or to the DVLA.
NB: Failure to do so will result in an invalid permit for which a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) will be issued. A PCN appeal will not be considered on the basis of forgetting to inform Dartford Borough Council.
- Complete a change of vehicle form (Or request a form from Parking Services - 01322 343131.)
Return it along with the invalid permit to:
