How to challange a PCN
Before making an appeal we recommend you read:
If you are a Blue Badge Holder it is advisable that you read the Blue Badge Scheme booklet which would have been issued with your disabled badge as this explains where you can and cannot park.

If you think you should not pay and wish to challenge this PCN you need to either:-
- Write to Parking Services at Dartford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1DR.
- E-mail parking.services@dartford.gov.uk or Fax 01322 343559
- Appeal on-line (or add link to take the person directly to the on-line appeal form, NEEDS TO BE SET UP FOR AN INFORMAL APPEAL AND FOR THE PERSON TO MAKE A FORMAL APPEAL)
Please quote the PCN Number, the vehicle registration and your full postal address in all challenges. All cases will be considered on their individual circumstances.
If you challenge this PCN within 14 days beginning with the date on which the PCN is served and the challenge is rejected the Enforcement Authority will usually re-offer the 14 day discount period.
