How to pay a PCN - Parking Fine

At www.dartford.gov.uk/payments and follow the on-line instructions. Please note that this will take 2 working days for the transaction to go through.
By Post
- (a) Make your cheque or postal order payable to Dartford Borough Council, write the PCN number, on the reverse, and send it to Parking Services, Dartford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1DR.
- (b) For credit/debit card payments, complete and return the payment slip at the bottom of the PCN and send to Parking Services, Dartford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1DR.
By Telephone
Pay by credit/debit card by phoning the 24hr automated telephone number 0845 634 3001, please ensure you have your PCN number and card details ready. (Please wait for a receipt number).
In Person
At Cash Offices in the Civic Centre, Temple Hill or Swanscombe & Greenhithe Town Council, we will accept a credit/debit card, cheque or postal order or cash.

Opening hours Mon-Thurs 08.45-17.00 (Fri 16.30). If paying by credit/debit card Mon-Thurs 08.45-16.30 (Fri 16.00).
