Appeals against Planning Applications
For applications decided on or after 14th October 2004, appeals will need to be made to the Secretary of State within SIX MONTHS of the date of your decision.
Appeals must be made on a form which is obtainable from either The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/26 (Hawk Wing), Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6PN, Tel: 0117 372 8813 Fax: 0117 372 8443.
The Secretary of State has power to allow a longer period for lodging an appeal but he will not normally be prepared to do so unless there are special reasons for the delay in lodging the appeal.
The Case Officer who dealt with your application will be able to advise further on the appeal process if necessary.
