Annual Monitoring Report
Dartford Council produces an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) to assess how well its planning strategies and policies are performing. The AMR also assesses progress on Local Development Framework preparation. The AMR helps the Council to identify where review of policies is required or corrective action is needed to achieve objections. The Council produces its AMR in accordance with Central Government guidance that local planning authorities should regularly monitor and review their Development Plans.
Annual Monitoring Report 2010/11
Dartford Council has recently approved its Annual Monitoring Report for the year 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011.
